I know the big real estate photography companies have the middle and high-end properties wrapped up with services and prices that don’t reflect the more basic requirements and budgets of those selling more modest homes.

My $199 + GST package is aimed at entry-level houses up to 120sqm (typically single levels with 3-4 bedrooms, single lounge and bathroom).
This price includes 10-15 still photos with basic Lightroom enhancements and a 150-200 word advertising text that will perfectly complement the photos and features of your property.

I am the only all-in-one property photographer/copywriter in the Waikato who can visit your home, get a real ‘feel’ for it, talk with you on why your home’s so great to live in and then reflect that in words and pictures that will really grab buyer’s attention.
