Seeking counselling is a big step. Often, talking to someone outside of your circle of friends or family can assist you through difficult times. Clients who work with me shared they find meeting with me comfortable and safe.

I explore existential issues or issues of meaning making. I work with depression, confusion, stress management and many other areas.

In addition, I have the support of regular supervision, as having an experienced counsellor guiding and critiquing my work in order for me to deliver best practice and safety.

I fluently speak three languages including English, Chinese- Mandarin,and Hokkien.

I am offering a counselling service $80 an hour. If financial reasons are stopping you seeking help, please contact me and we can discuss a fee that will work for both of us or I may be able to suggest alternatives going forward.
