Why is routine inspection necessary?
If regular property inspections have not been undertaken in every 3 months, that insurance companies may not pay out on claims. It’s also an opportunity for landlords and tenants to keep in contact with each other.


What can we do for landlords?
Auckland Rental Inspections Services will carry out 3 monthly inspections, move-in inspections, &move-out inspections on behalf of you. Once we have your authority to undertake the inspections, a 14 Days’ Notice will be emailed & posted to the tenants for scheduling a suitable inspection time. More than that, we provide tenancy consulting service.


What can we do for property managers?
We have worked as property managers since 2014 in Auckland and we understand how important and time consuming regular routine inspections are. If you need to take some stress off your shoulders, we are the right people you can trust. We inspect the property as a property manager and we report you as detailed as you can imagine. When your monthly inspection list updates, please give the tenant 14 Days’ Notice to advise Auckland Rental Inspection Service will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule a suitable inspection time.


A key is required for every inspection if the tenant will be not present for inspection.
A detailed professional report will be sent through to you with 2-3 working days, plus the original photos & videos are available to download.
