Hourly rate is specific to the company / organisation and it is negotiated during the consultation period

Transcribing (1 to 2 speakers)
$35 - $45 per hour
(Please allow approximately 4 - 6 hours to transcribe a 1-hour long recording. Hourly rate is dependent on length, complexity and clarity of speakers and recording.)

Transcribing (2 or more speakers)
$40 - $50 per hour
(Please allow approximately 6 - 10 hours to transcribe a 1-hour long recording. Hourly rate is dependent on length, complexity and clarity of speakers and recording.)

Formatting long documents
$20 - $30 per hour
(Hourly rate is dependent on length and complexity of the document).

Basic proofreading for grammar and punctuation
$25 - $35 per hour
(We allow 1 hour to proofread 1000 words. Hourly rate is negotiated individually with clients dependent on requirements).

Translation Services: English to Hungarian; Hungarian to English
$35 - $60 per hour
